Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

Your mission when joining the Energy and Charging Infrastructure team at Einride will be to lead the entire Charging Business and operations across the Nordic region, driving its growth and defining its future. The person in this position will shape the strategy for heavy vehicle charging, expand our network, and revolutionize our customer offerings.

You will

• Lead the entire Nordics Stations Business and team, taking full responsibility for its success.
• Integrate sales and operations across the region to create a cohesive and efficient business unit.
• Strategically plan for team growth in 2026, encompassing both resource allocation and team evolution.
• Drive the business to flourish by defining and implementing a comprehensive hub offering that extends beyond traditional kWh revenue, attracting new customers and enhancing our competitive edge in the Nordic market.
• Implement daily operational KPIs directly into the Stations P&L to ensure robust financial performance and accountability.
• Expand our network into new geographies within the Nordics
• Develop and define a flexible strategy for revenue management across our Nordic heavy vehicle charging network, one of the largest in the region.

We expect you to have:

• Experience in managing, leading and developing high performing teams, as well as demonstrated servant leadership.
• Ability to show creativity in finding new ways of working, trial and error mindset
• Hands-on experience in setting up new processes when needed, including operational processes, business and sales processes as well as implementing KPIs for operations to match with business needs
• Demonstrated responsibility for comprehensive business operations, including driving revenue, effective cost control, and full P&L ownership.
• Proven track record of full commercial and operational responsibility
• Ability to handle a business from high to detailed level depending on the maturity of the operations
• Experience within the charging or broader energy industry.

This is a full-time position based in Stockholm, Gothenburg or remotely anywhere else in Sweden.
